Personal Information Policy

I (Jessica van Dalfsen) currently collect and process the following information:

• Full Name
• Address,
• Contact number
• Email address

All of the personal information processed is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To issue an invoice when a digital product is purchased from the digital shop
• If you have subscribed to Not A Pod’s Monthly Musings e-Newsletter
• By the contact form

The information you have given is used to send out my e-newsletters to you. This was by you either subscribing for this and/or agreeing to be added as a subscriber when you use the contact form.

Your information is collected and stored by Stubstack which is the platform I use to send out mass emails for my e-newsletter. If the contact form was used, your information is added manually to the subscribers list in Stubstack.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR), the lawful basis I rely on for processing this information is:

• Your consent. 

You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by unsubscribing from the e-newsletter through the provided link within the email sent to you.

Your information is securely stored. Your information will be kept until you remove your consent by unsubscribing. This will delete all of your information. With emails sent to me directly, after a reply is made, your email and details will be deleted immediately.
