There are a lot of foot health/care courses out there and the course level really depends on what you want going forward. Most foot health courses accept applicants with no former qualifications.to enrol, the only requirement being to read and write in English.
I've provided a list of level 3 and 4 Accredited Foot health courses that you can explore to find the right fit for you.

SMAE is the only University approved Foot Health Practitioner course in the UK. Accredited by the QMU. After successful completion with this course you can use it to apply to do a Podiatry Degree with them.

This course may be good as an introduction or refresher ONLY to Foot health, but not as a qualification to practice after completion (in my humble opinion). Although I do know someone who did this course as an apprentice to a podiatrist.
